How do I contact lofts?
To contact lofts, you should find a few first... when you find one you like, simply click on the favorite link and add it to your list. When you are ready, you can save your list of favorties (for each event, etc) and send one single inquiry to all of them in one shot.
Why do I have to register?
You need to register on our site so we can track the lofts you like and your initial communication with them. This also allows us to make sure lofts are responding to your requests as quickly as possible, and that you receive the highest possible level of service from us. Your information is very safe, and we would never resell it or use it for services that do not relate to our site.
What happens next?
After you have sent a successful inquiry, LoftRent will forward your request to your selected lofts and follow up with them to see if the space is available. Once the loft receives your inquiry, they should contact you with information on their space, costs, special instructions and more within 24 hours or less.
How much does this cost?
Nothing. Better yet, the prices featured on LoftRent are almost always lower than if you were to contact any space directly as we have brokered special deals with each loft directly.
Can I find services as well as lofts?
You bet! Aside from Lofts, we have a special list of vendors and service providers that we love to work with, as I am sure you will love to work with them too. They are some of the best caterers, audio / visual companies, event planning services, photographers and more. Just let us know when you are sending in your inquiry that you require help, and what services you are looking for.
Can I list my loft on LoftRent?
Yes, you can, although we don't guarantee that everyone who wants to list gets on our site. If you are interested, please contact us and we will review your space, if its something we feel our users will love - then your in.
