With 15 foot high ceilings, warm oak floors natural sunlight, windows on four sides, and gorgeous city views, it is a superb venue for weddings, bar/batmitzvah's, sweet 16's, product launches, recruitment functions, trade shows, fashion shows, cocktail receptions, fundraisers, art exhibits, wine tasting, holiday parties, baby showers, anniversaries and birthdays

The loft has a fully equipped kitchen, ottomans, couches, coffee tables, chairs, a VIP room, adjustable lighting, coat check room and Ficus trees. Two passenger elevators, and one freight elevator open on the floor. The building has a 24/7 doorman attended lobby, and is located on a prime location on 5th avenue.

Loft 267 also offers a penthouse with a wrap around terrace. Our large open-air terrace (3,400 square feet) can accommodate up to 2000 people for cocktails.

The rates include a doorman, event manager, cleaning, inhouse furniture, curtains, access to freight elevator, a coat check room, red carpet,allowance to decorate the lobby and a sound system compatible with an IPod.
